2023 OPENING PRICE LIST

 Cover Removal $425.00 plus HST

• Pump off cover, clean cover and water bags, and store cover and water bags. Clean and install pool fixtures. Clean deck immediately surrounding pool (hose off or use blower). Skim pool surface, clean water lines, and brush pool walls and floor.

Cover Removal + Drain and Clean $650.00 plus HST

•  Same as cover removal service, Plus: drain pool & wash interior with muriatic acid or liquid chlorine. Price includes first 16 liters of acid or chlorine equivalent. 

All pricing is for pools up to 20' x 40'.

Waterfalls and features are an additional charge. 

*Customer to advise office when pool is ready for start-up (price of start - up service is listed below).

The above pricing is for labour only. Chemicals are an additional charge.

 Package #1 $135.00 plus HST

Includes shock treatment, buffer, shield, and high quality algaecide.

Package #2 $65.00 plus HST

Includes shock treatment and high quality algaecide. 

Please note that salt water pools required chemical package #1

Start System and Clean Pool $120.00 plus HST

Reassemble and start pool filtration equipment. Clean deck immediately surrounding pool, skim and vacuum pool, brush walls and floors, clean tile line, backwash filter and test and balance water chemistry. Chemicals, parts, and materials, if required, are an additional cost. Price reflects service when done in conjunction with a cover removal service. 

Drain and Clean Attached Whirlpool, Replace Fittings, Start System $115.00 plus HST
(when done in conjunction with cover removal or drain and acid wash). 

Weekly Maintenance $80.00 plus HST
Clean deck immediately surrounding the pool, vacuum and skim pool, brush walls and floor (as required), balance water chemistry and backwash pool filtration system (chemicals are an additional charge).

Pool Check Service $60.00 plus HST

Skim pool surface, balance water chemistry, backwash pool filtration system, and clean all strainer baskets (chemicals, if required, are an additional charge).

Repairs: 

1. Mechanic (per hour) $100.00 plus HST
2. If 2 mechanics are required to preform a services $190.00 plus HST
3. Service call $65.00 plus HST

• Customer to advise when pool is ready for start-up. 
• Waterfalls, features, and pools larger than 20'x40' are an additional charge. 
• All pricing is for labour only. Chemicals and taxes are extra.
• If gas prices exceed $1.20/L a fuel surcharge may apply.
• We DO NOT service gas heaters. If you would like arrangements made with a registered gas company, please let the office know at booking.
